Preparing For Your Pet's Stay
Each animal is different. To prepare for your pet's stay with us, we'll take the following steps to ensure that we can meet their unique needs.
1. Make a Reservation
Contact us to book, and to discuss details about your pet and your boarding needs. A member of our team will be happy to coordinate your booking.
2. Complete Boarding Form
We encourage you to complete our boarding form for each of your pets online prior to checking in.
3. Set Your Pet up for Success
Spend some extra time with your pet beforehand, and make sure they get some vigorous exercise so that they are feeling calm. When you arrive at our facility, stay calm, cheerful and confident during the separation.

We are also proud to offer veterinary services at our companion practice, Godspeed Animal Care, which is located in the same building.

What types of payment options are available?
Payment in full is expected when you come to pick-up your pet. We accept payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What kinds of animals can you board?
We can board small domestic pets like cats and dogs, and also exotic pets like birds, reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals.
Please note that add-on services are only available for cats and dogs.

Can I tour the facility beforehand?
Absolutely! Feel free to call to set-up an appointment and we would be happy to show you around.

What happens if there's an emergency during my pet's stay?
Our companion practice, Godspeed Animal Care, provides veterinary services for dogs and cats. The veterinarians are located in the same building as our pet resort. In the event of an emergency, we will immediately notify the veterinarians.

What if I am unable to arrive during your pick-up and drop-off times?
If you need to drop off or pick up your pet outside of our regular 7am – 3pm time slots, we can try and make arrangements for an appointment time that is more convenient. If you are running late for your appointment time, please let us know.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
